Vina L. Small Annual Scholarship Program
The Vina Lee Small Scholarship Program, named after the senior board member of Serving Children and Reaching Families, and owners’ mother, will award two college scholarships to two high school seniors—worth a total of $5,000 each.
Our company
Serving Children and Reaching Families, LLC (SCARF) is a comprehensive mental health, substance abuse and parenting provider. We offer outpatient services in Osceola, Orange, Seminole, and Polk Counties.
Our Mission
The mission of Serving Children and Reaching Families is to give at-risk children and families the opportunity to reach their full potential by breaking down barriers, increasing community support and maximizing personal growth.
